By commissioning me in any way, you agree to the terms of service outlined below. Any statement may be subject to change if discussed and agreed upon with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
General Terms
By commissioning, you confirm that you have read and understood this ToS. I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion. All commissions are delivered digitally: Static artwork → PNG Animated emotes → GIF Animated screens → WebM Widget → Code + instructions Commissioned work cannot be used as NFTs or fed into AI. Clients are welcome to request changes or additions to their commission. I may share commissioned work for self-promotion unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is purchased (additional fee: €100).
Payment & Refunds
Payments are accepted via Ko-fi, VGen, and Etsy in € Euro. Upfront payment is required. Orders over €200 may be split into two installments if arranged beforehand. Once an order is marked In Progress, it cannot be refunded. I may issue a refund at my discretion if I choose not to complete a commission. Tips are appreciated but not required.
Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery: Max 1 month from payment (may be sooner depending on the queue). Delays may occur due to workload or complex requests; clients will be notified. Rush orders: +50% of total commission price.
Revisions
Minor revisions are unlimited. Complex revisions that require a major redesign or restarting the project incur a fee of €30+ If additional revision fees are refused, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and repurpose the work (e.g., for YCH or P2U purposes).
Usage Rights
All commissions are Personal Use by default. Personal Use (no fee): Streaming, Social media, Twitch, YouTube, monetized content Commercial Use (+200%): Paid content (Patreon, etc.), thumbnails Full Copyright Transfer (+600%): Includes source files, resale, redistribution, and editing Grants full ownership to the client I will no longer be credited or associated with the work
Communication & Deadlines
Delivery depends on: communication, workload, order size, and queue. Rush orders may be prioritized with +50% fee (fee may vary depending on project). Estimated completion times will be provided; WIPs are available upon request. Commissions are processed first come, first serve, with tracking available on Trello. NDA / Privacy Requests: Must be stated during the ordering process. Ensures WIPs and the commission process are not shared publicly or streamed. NDA fee is +100EUR.
Final Product
Credit is required when posting or using the commission on any platform. Clients are responsible for saving all digital files provided. I retain copies for up to 3 months but cannot guarantee protection against accidental loss. Inappropriate, rude, or non-constructive comments may result in blacklisting.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Both client and artist agree to maintain confidentiality unless: Written permission is granted, or Required by law or legal authorities. These terms remain in effect after project cancellation or completion. Commission issues should remain private; respect is expected from both sides.
